majick juice ingredients in their ratios & combination are non-toxic to human skin & adult ingestion. We still have to say: DO NOT DRINK IT. In case of ingestion, especially by children or pets, seek medical advice NOW. majick juice is safe to use around pets* & their items but DO NOT SPRAY ONTO PET. majick juice spray may irritate eyes; flush with water (if sprayed directly in eye, flush for 15min). Test on small area of fine fabrics before using on entire item (in rare cases staining or stiffening may occur. It hasn’t, but it might). Store in cool dry place away from flame or direct sunlight.

*dogs, cats, birds. Recommend covering fish & reptile tanks, open pet food or water bowls & sensitive plants before spraying nearby or in area. If your pets ARE insects or arachnids, don’t use it!

  • Ethanol (methylated spirits)
  • Essential oils (less than 1%)

REGULATORY INFORMATION

majick juice has so many uses that it falls under several Acts, Agencies, Authorities, Commissions and Standards. Yanti actually read the thousands of pages of relevant information and legal documents, and has boiled it down to these main and/or required points for you:

  • We are not stating, claiming, indicating or suggesting that majick juice is actual magic, miracle, supernatural or otherwise outside of natural law and demonstrated science. We spell it “majick” and it is a brand name only.
  • We are not claiming that majick juice is a medicine, nor that you should substitute it for professional medical advice and treatment.

For use on skin, majick juice Product Safety falls under the category of Cosmetic:

  • “Under the mandatory standard, cosmetic products are substances or preparations intended for placement in contact with any external part of the body, including the mouth and teeth, for the purpose of:
    • altering the odours of the body
    • changing the appearance of the body
    • cleansing the body
    • maintaining the body in good condition
    • perfuming the body
    • protecting the body”

Additional labelling requirements apply only to hand sanitisers with alcohol as the main active ingredient. Alcohol is neither the main ingredient nor the main active ingredient in majick juice.

majick juice does not require registration as a cosmetic or industrial chemical because all ingredients already have Active Constituent Approvals or are Exempt from regulation.

majick juice does not require registration in regard to its insect uses with the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority, according to the results of our responses to the decision survey they provide to determine if the product requires it.
